Duties:
- Retain client information and present it accurately
- Update customer database
- Professionally represent each client
- Provide excellent customer service
- Provide education and support
- Attend daily board meetings
- Contribute to a positive, upbeat work environment
- Work with team to develop creative workshops
Qualifications:
- Completed high school diploma or equivalent, at minimum
- Customer Service and/or Client Services experience considered an asset
- Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills
